Carol Paquette

Carol Paquette has more than forty years experience in secure information systems engineering. She began working on innovative voting solutions for military and overseas voters in 1999. She was the project manager for the Voting Over the Internet (VOI) and the Secure Electronic Registration and Voting Experiment (SERVE) online voting projects sponsored by the Federal Voting Assistance Program. Carol was also the project manager for the Okaloosa Distance Balloting Project sponsored by Okaloosa County, Florida, and Operation BRAVO Foundation.
