Joining the Vinyl Institute in 2019, Domenic is currently serving as Vice President of Regulatory and Technical Affairs. A chemical engineer by education, Domenic’s professional background spans technical, business, and environmental leadership roles in the steel and plastics industries. He currently serves on various committees developing programs and standards related to emissions reduction, water stewardship, and climate-related community health, and works on regulatory issues related to the plastics industry.
