Edward Reilly

Edward Reilly is CEO Americas of FD International Limited and a Senior Managing Director of FTI Consulting.

Throughout his career of advising senior corporate leaders, Edward has provided strategic counsel on complex issues facing clients and how to deal with the associated communications challenges. With an extensive background in attitudinal and market research, Edward has led a myriad of innovative communications programs that have advanced the business objectives of his clients across a spectrum of industries.

Before becoming CEO of FD Americas, Edward served as President and Chief Operating Officer. He was also head of the company’s Business Consulting Practice (now Strategy Consulting Practice), a specialty area that focuses on research-driven communications strategy.

Before joining FD, Edward founded and was CEO of Westhill Partners, a leading management consulting firm specializing in communications strategy, which was acquired by FD in 2005. Edward also previously served as Vice Chairman of BSMG Worldwide and Chief Executive Officer of KRC Research, the market research division of Bozell Worldwide.

Edward has worked as a campaign strategist to policymakers in the U.S. and throughout Latin America, including Colombia, Bolivia, Chile and Peru. Early in his career, Edward held several senior management positions in the public sector. He served as the director of policy to the Governor of Massachusetts and as the Massachusetts Undersecretary of Environmental Affairs.

Edward currently sits on the board of directors for the American Security Project, Youth I.N.C. and the Center for Coastal Studies.
