Joseph Ward
Joseph M. Ward was the research assistant for the Progressive Policy Institute’s Technology, Innovation & New Economy Project. In that capacity, he has co-authored several reports on technology and the New Economy, conducted statistical analysis, and provided editorial oversight. Before joining PPI, he worked on telecommunications and technology-related law issues as a legal assistant at a Washington, DC, law firm. Mr. Ward is a graduate of Georgetown University.
