Khalil Gharbieh

Khalil Gharbieh is a senior director of trade policy at Microsoft based in Redmond, Washington.

Previously, Gharbieh was a trade policy counsel at Microsoft and also held positions as United States Trade Representative for the U.S. Department of Commerce. Gharbieh received a bachelor of arts degree from Indiana University Bloomington and a doctor of jurisprudence from University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
