Kristin Wooster

Kristin Wooster serves as the public affairs manager for the Foreign Competition Program at ITIF, where she champions U.S. leadership in emerging technologies and global competitiveness. In her role, she drives efforts to reshape the conversation on big tech regulation, emphasizing its critical importance to U.S. economic strength and national security while underscoring the dangers of policies that inadvertently bolster foreign competitors.

Previously, Kristin was a policy and public affairs analyst at Venable LLP, leading strategic campaigns and coalitions to advance client policy goals. She also served as a policy officer at Save the Children International, focusing on humanitarian policy in the Middle East.

Kristin holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in political science and economics from the University of Glasgow and is certified in project management by Cornell University.
