Ugonma Nwankwo

Ugonma is a Senior Associate at Global Counsel where she leads on US tech policy coverage. At GC, Ugonma works with a range of tech companies and investors, helping them navigate the complex risks and opportunities presented by changes in politics, policy, and regulation. Prior to joining GC, she was a researcher with the Center for Global Development where she specialized in data protection and privacy, cross-border data flows, and digital trade challenges impacting low- and middle-income countries.
