Zach Silk is a veteran political strategist and serial entrepreneur. He has a range of management, communications, and business experience. He has scored numerous victories as a campaign manager in Washington State and advises many national organizations on advancing their agenda, including Center for American Progress and Everytown for Gun Safety. His most notable political successes include passing the marriage equality law in Washington state in 2012 and passing the successful ballot measure that closed the background check loophole on gun sales in Washington State in 2014. He has started a half dozen businesses in Seattle. He runs Civic Ventures, a Seattle-based public policy incubator.
