Comments to House Appropriations Subcommittee on State of Legislative Websites

ITIF submitted written comments to the House Appropriations Subcommittee on the Legislative Branch regarding the state of legislative websites, noting that 99 percent of legislative websites do not meet basic standards in speed, mobile friendliness, security, and accessibility. It's time for legislative websites to follow the same standards and best practices as their executive-branch counterparts.
